- Words and phrases capitalised but not defined in these Website Terms shall bear the same meaning as those set out in the Subscription Terms.
- When we accept your Order you shall be deemed to have accepted these Website Terms as well as the Subscription Terms.

- Your Use of the Website
- When you Register you will be required to set up a Locked Library Account to access the Subscription service.
- You are responsible for keeping your Account Information secret and secure. You agree not to share it with anyone else – you are responsible for anything that happens in your Locked Library Account. We won’t check the identities of people using your profile and we will not be responsible for damage or harm suffered by you if your Account Information is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Locked Library Account.
- You confirm that you are over eighteen (18) years old and you confirm that all Account Information you provide to us is true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.
- You can update or correct your Account Information at any time by amending your Account Information via your Locked Library Account: https://www.thelockedlibrary.co.uk/account.
- We own or have a licence for all the rights in the Website, the Website’s content and the Special Edition Books. By agreeing to these Website Terms we are granting use of the Website and at no stage do we grant you ownership of any of the content on the Website, including the Special Edition Books. You must not copy any of the content or remove it from the Website for any purpose. We own or have a licence for all the intellectual property rights in the content on the Website including, without limitation, trade marks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos etc. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, change, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use any of the content service without our permission. You also agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software used in the service.
